Sustainable success requires a systematic analysis of own strengths and weaknesses, specific products and services, customer requirements and customer groups and the way of how the sales will be led.

The revenue can be achieved only by the person who systematically plans the own benefits and takes advantage of them.

 

Secure liquidity efficiently

Commercial activity is only possible in the company, when sufficient liquidity is available. Neither high sales growth nor a convincing product or the best innovations can hinder insolvency when not enough liquidity is available.

Liquidity will be required to bridge over the unbalanced payments in case of supplier invoices needing to be covered earlier than purchase invoices.

Liquidity difficulties do not happen overnight, but the real reasons are of rather long-term nature. The main causes are based on the absence of controlling system, financing gaps and insufficient claims management.
